Carpet Cleaning - We offer a 7 step service to ensure the best possible job.
1. Inspection - An inspection of the rooms to be cleaned lets the technician know what stains are there and how best to treat them. If any stains are noticed they will ask you what they are so they can ascertain how best to remove them.
2. Spot Clean - The technician will spot clean the stains they have noticed during the inspection and with the correct spotting agents remove the stain.
3. Shampoo - A carpet shampoo is sprayed onto the carpet and raked into the pile for a deep clean. The shampoo we use is high quality and is approved for use on woollen carpet.
4. Hot Water Extraction - The machine with is filled with hot water. The technician will use one wet stroke and 3-4 dry strokes to remove as much of the dirt and moisture as they can. We find that most carpets are dry within 2-3 hours of completion. By using the correct spotting agents in the first step we don't need to over wet the carpets by trying to "blast" the stain out of the pile with more water pressure.
5. Post Clean Inspection - After cleaning the room the technician will inspect the carpet to see if any stains are still there and also to see if any new stains have appeared due to the agitation in the carpet caused by the cleaning. If any stains are there they will have another go at removing them with the spot cleaning chemicals.
6. Deodorize - Once the technician is happy with the job they will spray the room with a nice deodorizer and set the pile of the carpet.
7. Clean up - After everything is completed the technician will clean up after themselves.
Fabric Lounge Suite Cleaning - Most stains on a lounge suite are from the body, food or drinks.
1. Inspection - The technician will inspect the lounge suite to be cleaned. If any stains are noticed they will ask you what they are so they can ascertain how best they can be removed.
2. Spot Clean - The technician will spot clean the stains they have noticed during the inspection with the correct spotting agents to remove the stain.
3. Shampoo - We use a top of the line shampoo. After spraying the lounge suite the technician will massage the shampoo into the lounge suite a deeper clean.
4. Hot Water Extraction - The machine is filled with hot water. We have found that to go left to right and up and down will remove as much of the dirt as possible. Depending on the lounge suite the drying time is 2-4 hours.
5. Post Clean Inspection - After cleaning the lounge suite the technician will inspect it to see if any stains are still there and also to see if any new stains have appeared due to the agitation in the lounge suite caused by the cleaning. If any stains are there they will have another go at removing them with another application of spot cleaning chemicals and hot water extraction.
6. Deodorize - Once the technician is happy with the job they will spray the lounge suite with a nice deodorizer.
7. Clean up - After everything is completed they will clean up after themselves
Leather Lounge Suite Cleaning - Clean your leather like new again.
1. Inspection - The technician will inspect the lounge suite to be cleaned. If any marks are noticed they will ask you what they are so they can ascertain how best they can be removed.
2. We use a top of the line leather cleaner and hand clean the lounge suite.
3. After cleaning the lounge suite we thoroughly rinse the lounge suite top remove the cleaning agent.
4. The next step is to let the lounge suite dry.
5. Once the lounge suite is dry we apply a leather conditioner to retain the moisture in the lounge suite and to keep it supple.
6. When the lounge suite is dry we buff it to give the lounge suite a nice shine.
Pest Control - We can eliminate ants, spiders, cockroaches, fleas, rats, mice, bed bugs, silverfish everything except termites
1. With pest control the technician will need to inspect the premises to determine what method is best to use to eradicate the pests you might have.
2. In general we will do an internal pest control using a general spray along the skirting boards, architraves, around doors and windows. The technician will treat the cupboards of the kitchens, bathroom and laundry with a gel and dust treatment.
Fabric Protection - To protect your carpets or lounge suites once we have cleaned them.
This will stop dirt and dust from penetrating the fibre's. This will stop the dirt from staining the fabric and help repel liquid stains to stop further stains. The treatment is applied once the carpet or lounge suite has been cleaned.
