A Grade Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control was formed in 2009. Owner Craig Trail decided that after over five years with an international cleaning franchise that it was time for a change. The restrictions placed on Craig within the franchise limited the scope to which he was able to grow and expand his business. During Craig's time with the franchise he was the head trainer for carpet cleaning and has traveled internationally to train new franchises. This new business venture has offered Craig the opportunity to offer his unique services to the whole Gold Coast region.
